• Beverage Preparation: Grind coffee beans, pull espresso shots, steam milk, and craft specialty hot or cold drinks to brand standards.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, explain menu items, and handle dietary requests or allergies.
• Cash Handling: Process cash and digital POS (point-of-sale) transactions accurately.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize equipment, clear tables, and follow food safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Many entry-level roles offer on-the-job training, though prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
